Delivery Costs
Products sized up to and including 120cm can be delivered via Evri and Parcelforce (for larger items)
Postage rates are as follows: £3 for basket up to £40, £5 for a basket £41-£100, £8 for a basket £101-£250, £11 for a basket £250+ This is less than I actually pay for postage and packaging but I'm trying to keep it fair, however my costs have increased so I do need to add this charge. Happy for collections from my home address but please contact me to arrange.
Products larger than 120cm = COLLECTION ONLY from: Primary address - Downton near Salisbury on the Wiltshire/Hampshire border
(Secondary address - Standlake near Witney, Oxfordshire (though not all items can be collected from this address - please check with us)
You are welcome to arrange your own courier for the collection only items.
We aim to deliver items under 120cm within 2 weeks, however please contact us if your delivery is urgent.
Delivery Times
We only hold a small amount of stock and a lot of our products are made to order so please allow 1-2 weeks to receive your order. Please message us if you require something urgently and we'll do our best to get it to you on time.
We use Evri and Parcelforce for our deliveries. Whilst they both offer next-day delivery we cannot guarentee this, especially during busy periods like Christmas when the delivery system is overwhelmed.
