Payment
We use PayPal to process your payment. You don't need a PayPal account, you can pay by card as a guest if you prefer. Alternatively you are welcome to pay by bank transfer or we can send you an invoice, just send us a message
Shipping Costs
Products size 120cm or under = Free Delivery.
​Products larger than 120cm = COLLECTION ONLY from Salisbury or Oxfordshire.
You are welcome to arrange your own courier for these items. A suggestion is www.shiply.com or www.anyvan.com which our customers have used before and can recommend.

We aim to deliver within 2 weeks, however please contact us if your delivery is urgent.
Delivery Times
We only hold a small amount of stock and a lot of our products are made to order so please allow 1-2 weeks to receive your order. Please message us if you require something urgently and we'll do our best to get it to you on time.

We use Evri and Parcelforce for our deliveries. Whilst they both offer next-day delivery we have found often delivery is 2 working days from the date of dispatch.
