We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment.  In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Our Returns Policy

All our products are handmade from a natural material so they will differ slightly to one another, although we strive to make their visual appearance similar each time.

If your product arrives damaged, please take a photograph of the product and packaging and send it to us within 24 hours so we can address the issue.

If you have changed your mind and would like to return your product for a full refund (this does not apply to bespoke products), please contact us.  You have 14 days to return your product, please use the original packaging.  We regret we cannot refund your original postage cost or return postage cost.

 

Bespoke items:  We regret we cannot accept returns for bespoke items.  Any queries, please contact us.

Your product is guaranteed for 12 months during which time it can be returned to us for repair. Please contact us with a photograph of the issue before returning.
